Saphir Verne-Saint-Louis
Human Resources
Saphir Verne-Saint-Louis grew up in Guadeloupe, France. She has resided in the U.S. since she was 17 years old. Saphir has a bachelor’s degree in K-6 elementary education and a master’s in school counseling. She has taught third, fourth, and fifth grade students and Saphir has been working as a school counselor since 2019 at the middle school level. Her favorite part of being a school counselor is supporting and guiding students to become selfmotivated, self-determined, develop and maintain self-confidence while also remaining humble, and to build social, cognitive, and academic strength that can be utilized to overcome life challenges. In 2019, Saphir also became a credentialed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She values each day she works with families and their children while continuing to support to such students and their families with building and maintaining a safe environment at home, in the community, and at school. When Saphir is not devoting her time to her kiddos at work, she is spending time with her 3 beautiful children, her husband, and hanging out with her girls from work.
Trisha Cartwright

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Trisha Cartwright is the Human Resource Director whose life experience has deeply influenced her commitment to advocating for and supporting developmentally disabled individuals and their families across various aspects of life, including home, education, work, and community. She focuses on individual strengths, empowering families with the tools needed to thrive. Trisha firmly believes that every voice matters and that collaboration is crucial to reaching our full potential.
Trisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Social and Human Services and is currently pursuing a Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She is also certified as a Disability Rights Advocate and has personal experience as a special needs parent. Her advocacy work includes assisting individuals seeking IEP, vocational, and transitional services. Trisha has contributed professionally and through volunteer work as a disability rights advocate, an instructor at The ARC of Indian River County, Chairman of the Governing Board at Treasure Coast Community Health, and a member of the Exceptional Student Education Parent Advisory Council. Her overarching goal is to help others achieve greatness.
Kenneth Kennett
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Kenneth is an IT hobbyist that grew up moving around the world, has lived in Texas, Washington (State), Virginia, Florida, Louisiana, Korea, and has visited Japan and Canada. Spent most of his free time in school learning to code and dealing with his own issues with Autism. Recently moved to Florida to take care of his significant other and her three children with their own behavioral issues, and issues with Autism Spectrum Disorder. After meeting Tybule he showed interest in helping other children with behavioral issues and began his journey to become an RBT.
Nadine Boswell-Morival
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Nadine was born in Kingston, Jamaica and migrated to the United States where she has now settled in Florida for the past 17 years. Before relocating, she has obtained her bachelor's degree in sociology and minored in early childhood education at lehman college, CUNY. She has worked to provide quality care for kids ages 0-3 and acted as a group leader, teacher, site supervisor for ages 7-12, then a liason for kids 15-21. She spent time as a customer service representative for several years in her beginning time in Florida. But being a life skilled and family service coordinator was apart of Nadine's main goal. She has been providing supervision and support to staff and at risk youth in those positions as well as a behavioral health technician. Currently, Nadine is working as an RBT and would like to continue to further her education to become a advocate for children with autism. When Nadine is off duty she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, camping, and serving others.
Laura Dare
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Laura Dare has recently started her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) after graduating from the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Forensic Psychology. With a deep passion for helping others, she is dedicated to pursuing a career in behavior modification and therapy. Laura’s goal is to assist individuals who face challenging behaviors and issues that negatively impact their daily lives, providing them with the support and tools needed to overcome these obstacles. Outside of her professional pursuits, Laura is an avid reader, enjoys playing soccer, and cherishes spending quality time with her family. Her commitment to personal growth and helping others defines both her career and personal life.
